Are all items available?
Availability of items is subject to prior sales. In case any item ordered is no longer available upon checkout, we will inform you through email which items are currently unavailable and when each item will be restocked.
You may choose to only purchase the available items, or reserve the items that are currently being restocked (as Preorder Items) by either paying the full price thereof or at least 50% of the price of the item to be restocked. In this case, please inform us whether you wish receive the items available ahead or together with the Preorder Items.
Can I cancel my order?
Once payment is made, the order may no longer be cancelled. Then we will proceed to prepare or ship out the items based on the selected delivery method. In case the part of the payment, refers to the partial payment of pre-order payment, unless the outstanding amount is paid within 48 hours upon receipt of notice that the pre-order items are already available. The pre-order items shall not be delivered and Origin8 has the option to forfeit the partial payment in its favor.
What will happen if I fail to pay?
If you are not able to pay within the period given, we cannot guarantee the continued availability of the items. We encourage our customers to pay as soon as they can within 48 hours to avoid inconvenience as the availability of the items are subject to prior sales.

What is your Return Policy?
You have 5 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, and you must have the proof of purchase.

What are your Delivery Cost and Method?
Delivery Method: On-Demand Delivery(e.g. Grab, Lalamove, etc.)
Cost: Book by Customer
Delivery Time: Pick-up may be scheduled between 9:30AM to 4:30PM, Mondays thru Fridays, except National and Local Holidays
Delivery Method: Ships within Metro Manila
Cost: Price starts at P70 (via LBC)*
Delivery Time: Within 2-5 business days
Delivery Method: Ships Outside Metro Manila
Cost: Price starts at P190 (via LBC)*
Delivery Time: Within 5-7 business days via air cargo, or within 30 business days via sea cargo.

*We base our delivery fees from our nominated forwarders. Please note that delivery fees will vary depending on the actual weight or volumetric weight or declared value. We are open to shipping your purchases with your nominated forwarder. Kindly communicate with our sales representative regarding this matter. For bulk orders, delivery service is available for Metro Manila and limited provincial locations. Special trucking rates and other fees (such as toll fees, parking fees, entrance fees, etc.) will apply. Please note that orders will only be shipped upon our receipt via email of your proof of payment.
What are your Payment Methods?
We accept the following modes of payment: BDO, Unionbank, RCBC, G-cash, BDO Check-out (Mastercard, Visa, JCB, Amex, QR Ph, Grabpay, Alipay, WeChat pay). The instructions for the selected mode of payment upon checkout shall be sent to you via email with your total purchase price.
For over the counter bank deposits and money transfers, take a photo or scan the deposit or transfer slip and email to sales@origin8ph.com. For Banking App transfers, take a screen shot of the payment confirmation and email to sales@origin8ph.com. For Gcash fund transfers, take a screen shot of the payment confirmation and email to sales@origin8ph.com.
Payment due date will be 48 hours from release of the ORIGIN8PH’s email confirmation.
Do you offer COD?
Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery via Grab pabili (Php2,000.00 limit)
or Lalamove COD (Php2,000.00 limit)
or LBC Cash-on-delivery
or Cash-on-pickup (amount limit applies).
